Provides technical leadership and hands-on software engineering for intelligence community data transformation and system modernization. Designs scalable Java or Python backend applications, microservices, APIs, distributed data pipelines, and cloud-native systems. Develop, maintain, and integrate Java/J2EE modules for a DoD enterprise Military Housing system. Participate in Agile development, gather DoD requirements, perform debugging, code reviews, testing, CI/CD integration, and provide operational support while ensuring secure coding and DoD compliance.

Lead operations and technical team supporting a DoD enterprise Military Housing system: administer SAP BusinessObjects, monitoring (Dynatrace), Splunk, F5, virtualization/storage, backups, Oracle patching, STIG/ACAS remediation, certificate lifecycle, reporting, procurement tracking, and manage maintenance windows and DR exercises.

Provide daytime operational and user support for the DoW eMH system from the European Support Office in Germany, handling tickets, account/access management, training (remote and in-person), on-site visits across AORs, documentation, and coordination with global teams to resolve routine and escalated issues.
