Lead design and evolution of enterprise observability and platform capabilities, owning the Elasticsearch/ELK Stack, enabling teams with reference architectures, CI/CD and IaC patterns, and improving MTTD/MTTR through standardized logging, monitoring, APM, tracing, and alerting. Partner with applications, infrastructure, and security teams to drive platform adoption and operational best practices.

Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the COO including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, presentation development, records and budget maintenance, and coordination of special projects and board/committee support.

Lead the Business & Technology Strategies function to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budget and grants, represent member interests to regulators and standards bodies, communicate technical research, build stakeholder partnerships, commercialize technology solutions, and oversee a high-performing team serving electric cooperatives.

Lead design, development, and management of governance education for cooperative directors. Oversee full course lifecycle, create multi-format learning materials, collaborate with SMEs and contractors, incorporate technology-forward strategies, deliver sessions at events, manage budgets and contracted instructors, evaluate outcomes, and support continuous improvement.

Lead compliance for group benefits programs: draft and update SPDs, SBCs, SMMs; prepare Form 5500 and 1041 filings; coordinate vendors and internal teams; advise cooperatives on benefits compliance and regulatory changes.

Lead and manage actuarial support for NRECA's group health and welfare plans, performing pricing, reserving, experience monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and coordinating internal teams and external actuarial partners. Provide consultative guidance, monitor regulatory and market changes, and advise leadership on plan impacts.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Government Relations team: schedule travel and meetings, prepare expense reports and materials, conduct policy research and analysis under director guidance, coordinate conferences and unit meetings, and support membership engagement and technical onboarding for administrative staff.

Lead integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, member engagement, and revenue. Own product messaging and multi-channel execution (digital, email, social, web, events). Use audience segmentation, analytics, and AI tools to optimize performance. Partner with stakeholders and creative teams and prioritize strategic initiatives to align marketing with business goals.

Manage and grow relationships with electric cooperatives across an assigned territory. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, deliver presentations, create asset allocation plans, conduct account reviews, use Salesforce CRM, collaborate with internal teams, maintain FINRA licenses, and travel to promote Homestead Advisers (up to 60%).

Lead national safety initiatives for electric cooperatives to reduce injuries and liability, manage RESAP online system, develop training and conferences, liaise with partners, influence member engagement, and oversee safety program strategy and delivery across regional and national levels.

Lead digital editorial publishing and optimization for NRECA: adapt print content for web, manage CMS publishing, drive SEO and audience engagement, produce multimedia and newsletters, copyedit, analyze performance with analytics tools, and support editorial initiatives and QA.
