Leads the business analysis function and manages a team of business analysts supporting strategic business and technology initiatives. Oversees requirements management, process improvement, solution validation, testing, implementation, production support, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with business, technology, vendor, and executive leaders to improve member experience, operational efficiency, internal controls, and measurable business outcomes. Provides coaching, governance, strategic direction, and organizational transformation leadership.

Support all HR functions as the first point of contact for employees and managers. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, separations, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and payroll reconciliation. Administer recognition and commuter benefits, maintain HR records and reporting, support recruiting logistics, audits, budget tracking, invoice processing, and special HR projects. Work onsite initially with eligibility for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Supports cybersecurity operations by monitoring, triaging, and investigating security alerts, logs, systems, and applications. Responds to incidents, tunes SIEM, EDR, cloud security, and monitoring tools, and deploys security infrastructure. Provides rotational 24/7 on-call support, coordinates remediation with stakeholders and vendors, and documents security work using ServiceNow ITSM or similar workflows.
