Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and analytical statements. Reviews general ledger activity for GAAP compliance, analyzes budget variances with FP&A, supports revenue recognition, maintains Workday accounting data, and provides accurate project and departmental reporting. The role also recommends corrective actions, improves reporting processes, and contributes to cross-departmental financial projects.

Provides enterprise-level strategic leadership for NRECA’s human resources function, aligning HR programs with organizational goals and leading a team of 16 professionals. Oversees organizational development, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, internal communications, and HR information systems. Partners with executive leadership and the board, builds high-performing teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports employee growth and organizational health.

Provides administrative and programmatic support to the Legislative Affairs team, including advocacy program assistance, executive meeting and travel scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence drafting and proofreading, expense reimbursements, invoice processing, and other administrative duties. The role requires five days per week in the office and supports federal legislative and regulatory advocacy activities.
