Retain and grow Homestead Funds shareholders through virtual and in-person presentations, portfolio reviews, and customized asset allocation recommendations. Provide superior client service, use CRM to track interactions, collaborate with internal teams, present financial wellness content, and comply with regulatory and firm requirements.

Lead design and evolution of enterprise observability and platform capabilities, owning the Elasticsearch/ELK Stack, enabling teams with reference architectures, CI/CD and IaC patterns, and improving MTTD/MTTR through standardized logging, monitoring, APM, tracing, and alerting. Partner with applications, infrastructure, and security teams to drive platform adoption and operational best practices.

Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the COO including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, presentation development, records and budget maintenance, and coordination of special projects and board/committee support.
