Leads finance and accounting for mutual funds, an investment adviser, and a broker-dealer. Oversees financial reporting, regulatory filings, treasury, tax, audits, FP&A, budgets, forecasting, outsourced providers, and SEC/FINRA compliance. Serves as Treasurer to entity boards and advises executives and committees. Manages a team of three, coordinates with auditors and service providers, and presents financial information to boards. The role requires significant investment-industry accounting experience, Series 27 or 28 licensing, and regular office attendance.

Leads cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities, including risk assessments, control testing, issue remediation, third-party risk management, compliance reporting, and governance framework improvement. Advises IT and business stakeholders on cybersecurity risks, controls, mitigation strategies, and compliance across cloud, on-premises, and third-party environments. Maintains risk registers, metrics, policies, standards, and assessment plans.

Supports international business development and member volunteer programs through opportunity tracking, proposal coordination, CRM and records maintenance, reporting, travel logistics, events, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains volunteer and operational data, researches donors and partners, prepares dashboards and business documents, coordinates domestic and international travel, and improves workflows and tracking processes. Requires strong organization, communication, project coordination, and professional English and Spanish proficiency.
