Performs circuit redesign, alternate routing, outage restoration, alarm surveillance, incident response, change management, fault and performance management, and network modernization support. Coordinates with government stakeholders, telecommunications providers, and engineering teams while documenting incidents, procedures, runbooks, and corrective actions. The role operates in a 24x7 environment and requires compliance with DoD cybersecurity and network management policies.

Build and maintain advanced ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and visualizations; support configuration management and CMDB data integrity; audit configuration items and relationships among circuits, services, and equipment; validate telecom data in TSOM/TNI; investigate platform and data issues; and guide stakeholders and team members on ServiceNow visualization best practices.

Leads multiple software engineering teams delivering secure, mission-critical systems in Top Secret/SCI environments. Responsibilities include software architecture, hands-on development, API and data pipeline integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, technical strategy, Agile delivery, and cross-team risk resolution. The role mentors senior engineers, manages performance and staffing, communicates technical direction to leadership, and guides modernization and responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools.

Analyzes cybersecurity, intelligence, technology, threat, and user activity data to identify risks and trends. The role requires regular travel to the DC area or Ashburn and obtaining CBP BI clearance before starting.

Designs, builds, and supports AWS cloud infrastructure across unclassified and classified DoD environments. Responsibilities include CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, release management, monitoring, incident response, security configuration, testing, patching, vulnerability scanning, compliance tracking, and operational support. The engineer will use AWS services, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, scripting languages, containers, Git-based tools, and automation to improve reliability and reduce manual operations.

Engineers and sustains enterprise Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls and load balancers in a mission-critical DoD environment. Responsibilities include Tier 3 troubleshooting, firewall assessments, rule-set optimization, vulnerability remediation, high-availability configuration, performance reporting, technical architecture guidance, and compliance with DoD STIGs and cybersecurity policies. The role supports classified systems, COOP requirements, operational events, customer collaboration, and future cybersecurity strategy.

Conduct cybersecurity threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for enterprise systems, infrastructure, applications, and databases in federal and DoD environments. Evaluate security controls, identify vulnerabilities and gaps, develop risk documentation and mitigation recommendations, and support authorization, compliance, governance, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability management activities. Coordinate with technical teams, system owners, and leadership while tracking findings, remediation, risk acceptance, and contractual requirements.

Conduct security control assessments for Department of Defense information systems, validate control implementation and inherited controls, review security documentation, and prepare Authorization to Operate packages. Evaluate compliance with NIST, DoD, CNSSI, and JSIG requirements; document risks and deficiencies; recommend remediation; support POA&Ms and continuous monitoring; and coordinate with system owners, security personnel, engineers, and government stakeholders. Provide leadership and technical guidance to assessment teams.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications supporting DHS and CBP traveler screening systems.
