Monitors enterprise networks and security tools, investigates alerts and incidents, analyzes network traffic and logs, recommends mitigation strategies, documents findings, and supports secure cloud migration. The analyst collaborates with infrastructure and application teams, maintains security configurations, follows DISA standards, communicates with customers, and contributes to threat forecasting and network defense process improvements in a DoD environment.

Administers and optimizes enterprise Citrix infrastructure, including CVAD, Citrix ADC, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway. Troubleshoots connectivity, latency, application delivery, and performance issues; performs patching, upgrades, firmware updates, monitoring, access management, and security compliance activities. Automates administrative tasks with PowerShell, maintains documentation, supports incident and change management, and collaborates with infrastructure, network, and security teams in a secure DoD environment.

Oversee installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, servicing, and activation of Department of Defense network services in accordance with DISA standards. Lead implementation teams, coordinate customers and vendors, manage service orders and circuit activations, validate requirements, configure network devices, resolve complex issues, and monitor post-change network performance. The role requires expertise in routing, switching, WAN connectivity, network appliances, testing, documentation, and change management.
