Service assigned Lowe's stores within a territory by stocking lumber, moulding, and millwork, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, processing credits, training store staff, supporting resets and events, and managing relationships and expenses per company policy.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers for stair parts. Provide quotes, process orders, coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues, support large/complex orders, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
