Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers for stair parts. Provide quotes, process orders, coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues, support large/complex orders, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts: drive product sales with Territory Sales Manager, negotiate pricing, ensure timely order entry and fulfillment, resolve customer issues, coordinate internal departments, analyze customer trends, and support sales forecasting and training.

Pull and prepare lumber and millwork orders by hand using an RF scanner. Measure, verify counts, label, build and deliver pallets, maintain workspace cleanliness, follow safety/PPE rules, operate a tugger after training, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
