Manages corporate accounting functions including fixed assets, travel and expense programs, corporate cards, vehicle and lease accounting, general ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audits, and internal controls. Partners with the Controller and cross-functional teams, provides accounting guidance, leads process improvements, and coaches assigned team members while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Pull and stage lumber and millwork orders using RF scanners, measure and verify quantities, build safe pallets, label orders, operate a tugger after training, report inventory issues, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers for stair parts. Provide quotes, process orders, coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues, support large/complex orders, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
