Supports accounting and finance operations by recording and reviewing customer and vendor transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, verifying invoices and amounts, analyzing financial activity, and assisting with budgeting systems. The role is entry-level and fully in-office in Provo, Utah, with potential for future leadership growth.

Provides customer support for Novarad healthcare software and hardware, troubleshooting application, workstation, server, network, and user issues. Maintains and upgrades client systems, documents requests in CRM software, communicates software deficiencies to development teams, contributes to the technical knowledge base, and maintains technical data reports. The role requires onsite work in the Greater Provo/Salt Lake City area, occasional on-call shifts, and possible weekend, early morning, or nighttime hours.

Design, implement, test, and maintain medical imaging software across desktop WPF/WinForms applications and web components. Develop clean C# and .NET code, collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in code and design reviews, engage stakeholders, document solutions, maintain unit tests, and proactively address technical risks. The role supports PACS products and requires awareness of healthcare data privacy requirements.

Design, implement, and maintain web-based RIS features using C#/.NET. Contribute to migration from ASP.NET WebForms to Blazor. Build RESTful APIs, work with PostgreSQL, write unit tests, participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, documentation, and ensure solutions meet clinical and HIPAA requirements.

Test and validate Novarad software and hardware (including HoloLens, PACS, VisAR). Develop and execute test cases (acceptance, regression, functional, system, exploratory, performance), perform compatibility testing, analyze results, compile reports in Excel, and document reproducible defect reports. Work onsite in Provo as part of R&D team.
