Entry-level accounting role supporting financial recordkeeping, transaction recording, accounts receivable, report preparation, budgeting assistance, and ad hoc financial analysis. Works with accounting software and Excel to verify invoices, compute amounts, and finalize accounting reports while supporting departmental control of expenditures.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing travel (≈60%), calendars, meetings, communications, project follow-up, vendor and partner coordination, note-taking, hiring support, and ad hoc research and errands.

Design, implement, and maintain web-based RIS features using C#/.NET. Contribute to migration from ASP.NET WebForms to Blazor. Build RESTful APIs, work with PostgreSQL, write unit tests, participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, documentation, and ensure solutions meet clinical and HIPAA requirements.
