Develop project controls and risk mitigation procedures to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and financial targets.

Lead IT sourcing for applications, software, cloud services and consulting. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFP/RFI, manage vendor relationships and performance, negotiate contracts, analyze spend for cost savings, ensure regulatory compliance (medical device, data privacy), and collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to deliver required IT resources.

Support sourcing and procurement activities: place purchase orders, monitor inventory and delivery, negotiate with suppliers, maintain supplier relationships, and help develop purchasing plans and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Manage multiple R&D projects from inception to closure. Lead cross-functional teams, create and maintain project plans, track risks/issues/dependencies, manage resources and documentation, communicate status to stakeholders and executives, attend customer meetings, ensure timelines, quality, and compliance, and use project management software to report progress.

Design, integrate, configure, deploy, and maintain Linux-based OS for embedded devices. Implement and optimize kernels, drivers, bootloaders, and Yocto-based images. Harden systems, monitor vulnerabilities, apply patches, analyze OSS licenses, and collaborate with cybersecurity and product teams to troubleshoot and improve performance and security.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain embedded firmware (C/C++) for real-time and Linux-based systems. Work on MCU drivers, bootloaders, HW/SW integration, debugging, verification, and performance optimization using lab tools. Collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams, follow development processes, maintain documentation and version control, and support occasional travel for customer or business needs.

Design, develop, test, and improve mechanical components and assemblies using CAD (SolidWorks/Creo). Evaluate feasibility, manufacturability, and cost; support prototyping and failure investigations; collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams; ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with standards (e.g., IEC 60601); manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Lead and coordinate internal, supplier, and customer quality audits; drive CAPA and process improvements; support NPI from a quality perspective (risk assessments, FMEA, FAI, reliability tests); manage supplier quality, RMAs, calibration, CMM inspection programming, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), production transfers, and quality metrics reporting.
