Leads the design, programming, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of robotic automation systems across manufacturing operations. Supervises Robotics Programmers and Process Technicians, prioritizes automation opportunities, oversees robotic programming and integration with ERP and product configuration systems, resolves complex technical failures, manages reliability programs, and develops training and documentation. The role supports weld, blast, and paint automation while collaborating with production, engineering, and continuous improvement teams.

Maintains accurate multi-level bills of materials, product codes, and related data in ERP and company systems. Manages strategic dealer accounts, drives profitable sales growth, expands brand adoption, and develops dealer and internal sales teams. Responsibilities include forecasting, account planning, product and portal training, market analysis, negotiations, trade show participation, cross-functional project coordination, and frequent territory travel. The role requires approximately 50% travel and includes mentoring Account Managers and Sales Administrators.
