Responsibilities include researching opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, performing valuation analyses, preparing investment recommendations, supporting negotiations and transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing valuations, assessing exit alternatives, collaborating with management teams, and assisting with recruiting. The role may be filled at the Senior Analyst or Associate level depending on experience.
