What you will do
Reporting to the Director, Facilities, the Office Coordinator ensures the efficient and professional management of our Brossard office. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and well-organized work environment for both employees and visitors.
Office management and building relations
- Ensure that workspaces project a professional and welcoming image to investors and external visitors.
- Manage elevator and parking access for employees and visitors.
- Work with the Director, Facilities to assist external vendors during office repairs and maintenance work.
Kitchen and conference room management
- Organize and oversee meal and snack orders for daily needs and internal events.
- Ensure kitchen equipment (dishwasher, water dispenser) is in good working order and that coffee, tea and snacks are continuously stocked.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to avoid any shortage of kitchen and office supplies.
- Prepare conference rooms ahead of every internal and external meeting: coffee makers stocked, water available and spotless cleanliness.
- Restore rooms to order after meetings and report any equipment breakage.

- Effective communication, both spoken and written, with internal teams and vendors.
- Initiative and proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to perform minor manual repair or maintenance work.
- Availability to work on-site from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., five days a week.
- Availability to contribute to occasional internal events, as needed.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required given our cross-border activities and our colleagues across Canada and the United States.
