Coordinate daily office operations for the Brossard location, including workspace presentation, elevator and parking access, vendor support, kitchen and conference room management, supply inventory, meeting preparation, and minor maintenance. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication skills, bilingual French and English fluency, and full-time on-site availability.

Supports private equity investment execution and portfolio monitoring across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include researching opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, performing valuation analyses, preparing investment recommendations, supporting negotiations and transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing valuations, assessing exit alternatives, collaborating with management teams, and assisting with recruiting. The role may be filled at the Senior Analyst or Associate level depending on experience.

The Associate executes deal analysis, manages private equity investments, oversees due diligence, and works with portfolio companies for operational improvements.
