Supports private equity investment screening, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, IRR financial modeling, investment recommendation materials, portfolio monitoring, and target-market research. The intern gains exposure to business development, investment sourcing, portfolio management, and the full investment lifecycle.

Supports private equity investment execution and portfolio monitoring across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include researching opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, performing valuation analyses, preparing investment recommendations, supporting negotiations and transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing valuations, assessing exit alternatives, collaborating with management teams, and assisting with recruiting. The role may be filled at the Senior Analyst or Associate level depending on experience.

The Associate executes deal analysis, manages private equity investments, oversees due diligence, and works with portfolio companies for operational improvements.
