Create and manage Nova Israel's social and website content, employee stories, videos, and internal communications. Support sponsored campaigns, ambassador programs, analytics reporting, and coordinate website updates with vendors. Own local storytelling, planning, basic video production, and content uploads.

Lead optics research, design, and delivery for high-end optical metrology tools. Develop physical models, design optical systems, run simulations and lab tests, manage light sources, fibers, and optical modules, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional hardware teams, and own documentation for production and service transfer.

Develop and deploy algorithms and ML/DL models for image, multispectral, and sensor data. Build data pipelines, train/validate models for classification, segmentation, regression, anomaly detection, and feature extraction. Convert and deploy models (e.g., ONNX), evaluate state-of-the-art methods in computer vision and signal processing, integrate with hardware/software teams, and document results.

Lead a US regional IT team of three to deliver business applications, infrastructure, and service desk support. Own IT service delivery, vendor management, Oracle Fusion implementation/support, systems analysis, and alignment with global IT policies. Optimize performance and memory, perform HIL/unit testing and debugging with scopes, logic analyzers and emulators, follow CI/CD and version control, and produce technical documentation.

Manage all sales activities in Korea: map customer accounts, lead product penetration, define customer roadmaps, interface with R&D, coordinate partner sales cycles, leverage memory-manufacturing know-how to sell Optical CD and X-Ray metrology solutions, and position the company as a key metrology supplier while capturing opportunities and reporting competitive intelligence.
