The Assistant Finance Controller will lead finance projects, manage FP&A activities, coordinate month-end close, support revenue recognition, and address Oracle Fusion Financials issues.

The Hardware Engineering Manager leads a team in developing and deploying metrology systems, collaborating with multifunctional groups and overseeing product life cycles and workflows.

Provide regional field and customer technical support for semiconductor metrology systems: diagnose, repair, install, upgrade, and train. Collect and analyze system performance and reliability data, manage escalations, support beta/new product introduction, create technical documentation, and coordinate service activities with field teams, engineering, and operations to maximize tool uptime and customer satisfaction.

Lead portfolio strategy for the Dimensional Metrology Division: manage marketing managers, define 3–5 year technology roadmap, build business cases (TAM/SAM/WFE), own MRD and product positioning, coordinate product launches, and partner with execs, CTO, and customers to prioritize investments and drive long-term growth. Frequent international travel required.

Lead product portfolio strategy and 3–5-year roadmaps for dimensional metrology products. Identify market opportunities, build business cases (TAM/SAM/WFE), own market requirements and positioning through Gate 2, and collaborate with customers, R&D, CTO, and product teams to align technology and product development.

Serve as technical owner for application development in dimensional metrology: engage customers to define process metrology requirements, develop and validate metrology methodologies and algorithms, lead Alpha/Beta evaluations and wafer demonstrations, define tool and performance specifications, and train global field teams to ensure product readiness and customer value delivery.

Lead an R&D product line end-to-end: define strategic plan and multi-year roadmap, manage program/project managers, govern stage-gate and change control processes, oversee budgets and resource planning, mitigate product risks, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver complex hardware-software products on time and within budget.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned semiconductor products. Translate customer needs into product requirements, lead commercialization and GTM activities, support customer evaluations and RFQs, manage cross-functional alignment, handle complex escalations, and drive adoption, competitive positioning, and business performance through market analysis and portfolio optimization.

Lead cross-functional projects as the primary technical customer contact for semiconductor metrology systems. Drive end-to-end project delivery, root-cause investigations across hardware, software and algorithms, stakeholder alignment, and mentor engineers while ensuring schedule, scope and budget adherence.

Lead establishment and continuous improvement of PMO functions: standardize methodologies and templates, maintain dashboards and KPIs, support resource and budget tracking, coach project managers, and improve governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility across projects.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to define and deliver physical, mathematical, and AI-enabled modeling solutions for advanced semiconductor metrology. Own roadmap, bridge research to product, build partnerships, scout emerging trends, and grow technical capabilities to achieve sub-nanometer accuracy.

Implement and optimize optical metrology systems for semiconductor customers: develop measurement programs, run feasibility studies, support system acceptance, train and assist customers and service teams, and stay current on semiconductor processes.

Provide on-site application support and metrology solutions for semiconductor processes (CMP, CVD, lithography, etch). Build customer relationships, perform pre-sales demonstrations, train customers, develop applications with R&D/subsidiaries, and support sales and marketing efforts. Stay current on metrology products and industry trends.

Provide regional IT support for Nova Taiwan including manufacturing and office environments. Manage incidents and ITSM tickets, support endpoints and security, align with global IT standards, collaborate with APAC and global teams, and contribute to infrastructure and process improvements to minimize production downtime.

Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: issue invoices and credit notes, monitor collections, reconcile accounts, support revenue recognition and financial closings, prepare reconciliations and reports, respond to customer payment inquiries, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Provide on-site and remote technical support, lead complex equipment escalations, perform installation/commissioning/upgrades, manage spare parts, document service activities, deliver customer training, collaborate with sales and engineering, and support pre- and post-sales evaluations for semiconductor metrology equipment.

Lead corporate AI strategy and roadmap; identify and prioritize use cases; build business cases; manage end-to-end AI projects from PoC to scale; partner with IT/data/cybersecurity/legal; ensure data quality, governance, responsible AI, compliance; drive adoption and monitor performance, cost, and scalability of deployed AI solutions.

Lead mechanical subsystem designs from concept through production for next-generation metrology systems. Create detailed 3D models and drawings, BOMs, tolerance analyses, and ECOs; run DFMEA; manage vendors and prototypes; prepare test plans and validate designs through testing and analysis. Collaborate with electrical, optical, firmware, and software teams to integrate systems for semiconductor metrology products.

Create and manage Nova Israel's social and website content, employee stories, videos, and internal communications. Support sponsored campaigns, ambassador programs, analytics reporting, and coordinate website updates with vendors. Own local storytelling, planning, basic video production, and content uploads.

Lead quality and reliability initiatives across product and manufacturing operations: implement SPC and process capability analysis, run DOE and root-cause investigations, manage NCR/CAPA, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, execute reliability qualification and testing, analyze field reliability (MTBF/MTTR), and apply AI/advanced analytics to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.
