Drive cross-disciplinary design, algorithm development, data analysis, performance budgeting, testing, diagnostics, and product transfer to manufacturing while mentoring engineers and supporting on-site/field activities.

Lead the IM production line and ~50 employees to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets. Drive productivity and continuous improvement, support NPI and technology transfer, develop processes and training, collaborate with Planning/Engineering/Quality/Logistics, recruit and retain talent, and ensure safety and compliance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and reporting for a semiconductor equipment business.
