Leads and develops a software engineering team across multiple projects and product streams. Responsibilities include performance management, recruitment, career development, resource planning, technical leadership, architectural guidance, engineering process improvement, project execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and strategic organizational planning.

Own revenue accounting processes through monthly and quarterly closes, including revenue recognition entries, analysis, and deferred revenue reconciliations. Assess complex contracts and arrangements under US GAAP and ASC 606, partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations, support new product accounting, strengthen controls, and improve finance processes. The role requires CPA certification, at least two years of relevant experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Supports test equipment and computer system lifecycle management, BOMs, documentation, module qualification, failure analysis, and test-station design. The engineer qualifies and commissions supplier fixtures, correlates test results, investigates root causes, supports engineering changes and transfer to production, and drives reliability, cost, and throughput improvements. The role requires hands-on debugging across hardware, software, operating systems, interfaces, instrumentation, and fixtures, with travel to supplier sites in Israel.
