• Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team across multiple projects and product streams, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
• Manage performance, goal setting, career development, recruitment, onboarding, retention, resource planning, and workload balancing across the team
• Provide technical leadership by supporting architectural decisions, promoting engineering best practices, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and efficiency
• Ensure effective project execution by monitoring progress, managing risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation measures, and aligning development priorities with product management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate progress and outcomes to management, and contribute to strategic initiatives and organizational planning

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Several years of professional experience in software development, including hands-on engineering experience and a strong technical foundation
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and growing software engineering teams in a complex technical environment
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, modern development practices, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical considerations with business priorities
