Provide bilingual (Spanish) case management at on-site food distribution locations: connect neighbors to housing, benefits, healthcare, and crisis supports; maintain accurate records in Azzly and Salesforce; perform outreach, intake, assessments, and service planning; coordinate with mental wellness team, volunteers, and community partners to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed social services.

Maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable/receivable and in-kind food donations, run biweekly payroll, reconcile transactions, and support Finance Committee meetings (including recording minutes). Provide timely, organized financial documentation and assist Operations as needed.

Support fundraising and partner relationships by managing a portfolio of 50–100 funders, coordinating event logistics for major fundraisers, stewarding in-kind partners, drafting proposals and stewardship materials, maintaining Salesforce records, supporting peer-to-peer and third-party campaigns, and representing the organization at events.

Support individual giving fundraising efforts by researching and managing a small donor portfolio, assisting recurring giving and moves management, scheduling donor visits and tours, and collaborating with the development team to grow grassroots and mid-level donor revenue.

Support expansion of food distribution partnerships and daily program operations across Chicago. Manage partner and neighbor communications, volunteer training and supervision, logistics, inventory relationships, data entry and reporting (Salesforce), and adherence to food safety and SOPs to ensure dignified service delivery.
