Supports individual giving and fundraising campaigns by cultivating grassroots donors, managing a portfolio of lapsed mid-level supporters, coordinating donor tours and visits, supporting recurring giving programs, and researching annual fund prospects. The role works with fundraising leadership to develop revenue growth strategies, execute moves management, and strengthen donor relationships through effective communication, solicitation, and stewardship.

Manage a portfolio of 50–75 corporate and foundation funders, overseeing proposals, submissions, impact reporting, stewardship, and revenue goals. Identify new institutional prospects, cultivate corporate volunteer and employee engagement partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams. Lead the Chicago Marathon fundraising team, support peer-to-peer campaigns, represent the organization externally, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline documentation. The role also contributes to broader institutional partnership strategy and funder engagement.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) case management and referrals, maintain accurate case records in Azzly and Salesforce, coordinate access to housing, benefits, healthcare, and crisis supports, conduct outreach and appointments, support quality assurance and SOPs, and collaborate with the Mental Wellness & Social Services team.
