Oversees daily online food distribution operations, including staff supervision, volunteer and neighbor engagement, inventory, logistics, food safety, sanitation, partner relations, data tracking, and reporting. Serves as the onsite manager and stakeholder point of contact, ensures program standards and policy compliance, supports staff training and continuous improvement, and participates in organizational leadership initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of 50–75 corporate and foundation funders, overseeing proposals, submissions, impact reporting, stewardship, and revenue goals. Identify new institutional prospects, cultivate corporate volunteer and employee engagement partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams. Lead the Chicago Marathon fundraising team, support peer-to-peer campaigns, represent the organization externally, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline documentation. The role also contributes to broader institutional partnership strategy and funder engagement.
