Manage author support tickets from intake through resolution, including issue tracking, escalation, change control, status monitoring, and daily customer updates. Coordinate with authors and internal teams, evaluate and disseminate tickets, ensure deliverable quality, and provide regular reports to the Team Manager. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, ticketing-system experience, service-level adherence, and compulsory Hindi proficiency.

Own software projects from intake through 90-day post-release measurement. Manage Jira tracking, stage gates, backlogs, sprints, dependencies, daily scrums, release coordination, rollback planning, metrics reporting, documentation, and process health. Coordinate developers, QA, infrastructure, CTO leadership, and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet technical and measurable delivery criteria.

Manage author publishing projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, tracking deliverables, resolving cross-functional issues, managing scope and changes, monitoring performance, preparing status reports, and communicating daily with authors and internal teams to ensure projects meet industry standards.
