Lead all finance functions including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, treasury, and operational analytics. Build financial models, partner with sales and operations to improve profitability, maintain internal controls, support audits, and provide timely insights to executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Perform full-cycle DME billing: submit and monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims; resolve denials and appeals; post payments; verify insurance and authorizations; ensure DMEPOS/HIPAA compliance; support audits and report denial trends.

Leads a regional billing office and manages revenue cycle performance across assigned states or regions. Oversees nursing home billing, insurance and Medicaid claims, quality assurance, documentation, and medical necessity workflows. Monitors revenue, accounts receivable, aging, billing accuracy, productivity, and backlogs. Coaches and evaluates employees, resolves customer concerns, reviews high-risk accounts, maximizes third-party reimbursement, and partners with Sales and Operations.

Lead regional operations for respiratory services: oversee branch managers, staffing, regulatory compliance (FDA, DOT, Board of Pharmacy), analyze operational data, manage vehicle needs, coach teams, and maintain partnerships with VA and long-term care facilities. Role requires frequent travel between branches (about 50%).
