Build and manage the sales operating system: drive Salesforce adoption and data integrity, develop scorecards/KPIs/dashboards, establish account segmentation and territory processes, track pipeline health and retention, lead sales cadences and forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales execution and customer experience.

Oversee day-to-day operations for five branches, maintain VA and long-term care partnerships, coach branch teams, manage staffing and compliance, analyze operational data, assist with vehicle maintenance and equipment delivery, and provide monthly performance reports to leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, HR administration, payroll backup, employee relations, compliance reporting, HRIS data management, and employee engagement. Support managers, maintain records, ensure payroll and benefits accuracy, and assist with audits and multi-state HR processes.

Manage and lead the billing department, overseeing invoice/claim processing, staff supervision, process improvement, interdepartmental coordination, regulatory and payer compliance, month-end financial reporting, and metrics-driven revenue collection.

Lead all finance functions including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, treasury, and operational analytics. Build financial models, partner with sales and operations to improve profitability, maintain internal controls, support audits, and provide timely insights to executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Perform full-cycle DME billing: submit and monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims; resolve denials and appeals; post payments; verify insurance and authorizations; ensure DMEPOS/HIPAA compliance; support audits and report denial trends.

Lead regional operations for respiratory services: oversee branch managers, staffing, regulatory compliance (FDA, DOT, Board of Pharmacy), analyze operational data, manage vehicle needs, coach teams, and maintain partnerships with VA and long-term care facilities. Role requires frequent travel between branches (about 50%).
