Manage all Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) and supporting medical documentation for billing: create, send, and follow up with provider offices via phone/fax/email; maintain provider contact files; review CMNs for accuracy before release to billing; work pending CMN and other follow-up reports.

Oversee day-to-day operations for five branches, maintain VA and long-term care partnerships, coach branch teams, manage staffing and compliance, analyze operational data, assist with vehicle maintenance and equipment delivery, and provide monthly performance reports to leadership.

Build and manage the sales operating system: drive Salesforce adoption and data integrity, develop scorecards/KPIs/dashboards, establish account segmentation and territory processes, track pipeline health and retention, lead sales cadences and forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales execution and customer experience.

Sell Northwest Respiratory Services products and services to new and existing clients, manage territory and referral relationships, prepare proposals/contracts, coordinate internal teams and deliveries, participate in marketing events, and ensure customer satisfaction and contract activation while meeting sales and collection goals.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, HR administration, payroll backup, employee relations, compliance reporting, HRIS data management, and employee engagement. Support managers, maintain records, ensure payroll and benefits accuracy, and assist with audits and multi-state HR processes.
