Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate screening, phone interviews, offer negotiation, reference checks, interview coordination, and onboarding. The role owns the candidate experience and ensures compliant hiring practices. It requires strong communication, organization, independent decision-making, recruiting knowledge, familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems, sourcing methods, interview techniques, and employment regulations.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate screening, phone interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding, reference checks, and ensuring compliant hiring practices. The Recruiter will own the candidate experience, manage interview and selection processes, maintain sourcing strategies, and build effective relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Promotes and sells respiratory products and services, develops new business, manages client and referral relationships, prepares proposals and contracts, resolves concerns, coordinates internal teams and deliveries, supports collections, and meets sales and revenue goals across an assigned territory.
