Builds relationships with officials, policymakers, agencies, trade groups, and community stakeholders; influences legislation and regulations; prepares position papers and briefings; manages issue strategies, consultants, and budgets; supports regulatory implementation and project advocacy; and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. The role requires approximately 50% travel and is based in Houston or the Midland/Odessa region.

Leads category and supplier management for electrical equipment, battery energy storage systems, and power generation applications. Develops sourcing strategies, drives cost savings, researches markets and technologies, evaluates and onboards suppliers, manages supplier relationships and disputes, and aligns commercial strategies with technical and business objectives. Requires strong negotiation, project management, material planning, market research, and technically informed stakeholder communication.
