Leads the design, optimization, and implementation of electrical systems and power distribution networks for pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. Integrates automation, monitoring, and energy storage technologies; implements arc flash mitigation and fault detection; ensures regulatory compliance; manages engineering projects; collaborates cross-functionally; and mentors junior engineers. The role requires expertise in electrical design codes, arc flash studies, instrumentation, and project execution, with travel up to 50%.

Manage roadway permitting and access approvals for power innovation projects. Develop permitting strategies, negotiate roadway and railroad agreements, coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams, and track permit conditions through construction closeout and restoration. Provide technical guidance on traffic engineering, maintenance of traffic, haul routes, roadway and bridge restrictions, railroad standards, construction methods, and restoration requirements while ensuring safety, compliance, stakeholder alignment, and cost-effective outcomes.

The Engineering Manager leads engineering teams, capital projects, facility improvements, and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include developing design strategies, scopes, estimates, and resource plans; overseeing internal and external engineering work; managing budgets and performance; ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to engineering standards; and supporting workforce planning, employee development, and succession planning. The role partners with operations, project management, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
