Teams at Northwest Pipeline

Leads a team of project controls professionals supporting power generation and electrical infrastructure projects. Oversees cost management, scheduling, forecasting, performance reporting, project controls processes, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution. Develops team members, standardizes tools and procedures, maintains accurate project status reporting, and supports leadership reviews. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of project controls or project management experience, with five years preferred.

Serves as a senior technical authority for power generation rotating equipment, including gas turbines, reciprocating engines, and generators. Leads engineering initiatives, performance testing, diagnostics, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, technical evaluations, standards development, and large-scale projects. Advises leadership, influences engineering strategy, mentors teams, and drives safe, efficient, compliant, and innovative operations across multi-OEM power generation assets.

Lead the design, integration, commissioning, and optimization of plant-wide control systems for power generation, battery energy storage, and related energy infrastructure. Develop control narratives, system logic, cause-and-effect matrices, and network architectures; direct vendors and integrators; support projects from FEED through startup and operations; troubleshoot systems; lead design reviews and change management; and ensure safety, regulatory, and engineering compliance.
