Lead and deliver multiple concurrent quality control projects from planning through post-mortem. Define scope, schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to meet business goals, timelines, and budgets while managing issues and documenting lessons learned.

Serve as a trusted execution partner translating strategic priorities into action. Lead planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives, coordinate leadership operating rhythms, improve processes, manage change, set performance metrics, identify risks, and run special projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead the organization's learning and development strategy: assess needs, design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning, manage the LMS, build onboarding and leadership programs, partner with HR and business leaders, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve training to drive employee performance and business results.
