Sell finance and insurance products on new and used vehicles alongside the Sales team, ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards, create exceptional customer experiences, train and develop team members, handle math for interest/commissions, and work a Monday–Saturday schedule including Saturdays.

Provides Level 2 escalation support for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, networking, Active Directory, Entra ID, servers, and VMware. Administers accounts, access controls, endpoint policies, patches, security tools, and device compliance. Troubleshoots complex hardware, software, identity, file access, and infrastructure issues; performs root cause analysis; automates routine tasks with PowerShell; documents solutions; mentors junior technicians; and manages escalated tickets according to business impact and SLA commitments.

Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meet monthly sales targets, process sales paperwork, maintain follow-up and prospect systems, attend training, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with retail auto laws, and maintain professional appearance and availability.
