Sells luxury vehicles, guides customers through product selection, prepares sales paperwork, meets monthly sales goals, follows dealership processes, maintains prospect and owner follow-up systems, and ensures customer satisfaction. The role also requires product and sales training participation, knowledge of automotive sales laws, and professional customer engagement.

Provides Level 2 escalation support for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, networking, Active Directory, Entra ID, servers, and VMware. Administers accounts, access controls, endpoint policies, patches, security tools, and device compliance. Troubleshoots complex hardware, software, identity, file access, and infrastructure issues; performs root cause analysis; automates routine tasks with PowerShell; documents solutions; mentors junior technicians; and manages escalated tickets according to business impact and SLA commitments.
