Configure, customize, implement, and support healthcare revenue cycle systems, including EMR, EHR, and practice management platforms. Analyze workflows, resolve technical issues, develop system solutions, support implementations, and collaborate with BI and technology teams. Responsibilities include testing, documentation, training, QA, change management, audit support, reporting infrastructure, and HIPAA compliance. The role also provides escalation support, performance feedback, and cross-functional problem solving.

Supports Revenue Cycle Management systems and workflows through testing, data validation, documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, UAT, and implementation activities. The role assists with system configuration requests, process improvement, issue tracking, user guides, training materials, audits, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. It requires attention to detail, analytical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, confidentiality, and willingness to learn healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes.

Provide front-desk and office management support for an outpatient behavioral health facility: reception, scheduling, intake paperwork, data tracking for Joint Commission compliance, vendor liaison, inventory and facility maintenance coordination, training and supervising reception staff, and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments (telehealth/in-person), determine level of care, create initial treatment plans, provide therapy and case management, coordinate admissions and referrals, obtain authorizations, maintain clinical documentation and EMR records, and collaborate with treatment teams, families, legal systems, and funding sources.

Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance to first-day readiness, ensuring pre-employment documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely orientation logistics. Audit employee files for Joint Commission and health standards, track onboarding metrics, partner with HR, TA, and facility leaders, and improve onboarding workflows, HRIS processes, and compliance tracking to deliver a consistent candidate and employee experience.

Drive outbound marketing and revenue by developing territory business plans, servicing and building referral sources, executing presentations and trade shows, using CRM for forecasting and KPIs, collaborating with admissions, billing, marketing and clinical teams, and maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
