Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments (in-person or telehealth), determine level of care, develop initial treatment plans, coordinate admissions/referrals, provide crisis services, case management, and clinical consultation; document in EMR and collaborate with treatment teams, funders, and external agencies to ensure timely access to appropriate services.

Provide remote clinical supervision (face-to-face and chart review) for Washington state LMHC-Associate employees, including clinical consultation, chart audits and sign-offs, competency training, CEU support, documentation, and adherence to policies and ethical standards. Flexible schedule up to 8 hours/week.

Provide front-desk and office management support at adolescent outpatient facilities. Duties include reception, scheduling, intake paperwork, telehealth liaison, Joint Commission and compliance tracking, inventory and vendor coordination, training front-desk staff, maintaining a safe welcoming lobby, and supporting facility operations and data tracking.

Provide substance use and mental health level-of-care assessments, develop initial treatment plans, coordinate admissions and referrals, offer individual/group/family therapy and crisis services, document in EMR, collaborate with treatment teams, funding sources, and external agencies, and support client engagement and transitions into appropriate outpatient programs.

Provide front-desk reception and office management for an adult outpatient facility: handle intake paperwork, scheduling, telehealth liaison, data tracking for compliance, inventory and vendor coordination, training reception staff, maintain a safe and welcoming lobby, and support Joint Commission and facility compliance.
