Provides broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS, records, reporting, and employee engagement. Partners with leaders on workforce issues, delivers training and communications, maintains accurate employee data, supports HR projects, and drives process improvements across growing, multi-site healthcare operations.

Conduct utilization reviews across behavioral healthcare treatment, evaluating admissions, continued stays, discharges, and appeals for medical necessity and cost-effective care. Coordinate clinical reviews with third-party payers and multidisciplinary teams, document decisions, monitor length-of-stay and utilization variances, identify barriers to discharge, and prepare appeals. The role requires licensed behavioral health expertise, clinical judgment, knowledge of ASAM dimensions, medical terminology, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Supervise outpatient clinical services and provide direct counseling, assessments, group therapy, and chart review. Provide clinical supervision, trainings, QA/compliance, coordination with treatment teams and community providers, and ensure documentation and licensure standards are met.
