May work weekends, travel to other properties or training, and operate a golf cart on the property.

Lead portfolio revenue and expense management for multifamily assets, build scalable analytics and BI processes, oversee budgeting/forecasting, pricing strategy, ancillary revenue, procurement and utilities, support acquisitions due diligence, hire and coach analysts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet financial targets.

Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations, supervise leasing and maintenance staff in manager's absence, enforce policies, oversee rent collection and delinquency, manage budgets and cost control, handle resident/vendor relations, and respond to escalated resident concerns.
