Lead marketing strategy for a portfolio of multifamily communities, driving demand and occupancy through property-specific campaigns, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, ILS), budget management, performance analysis, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve leasing outcomes and brand positioning.

The Floating Senior Community Manager provides hands-on leadership at multiple multifamily communities on temporary assignments (3–18 months), driving operational turnarounds, leasing, financial performance, team recruitment and training, compliance with Fair Housing and regulations, and executing value-add or stabilization business plans.

Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations including leasing supervision, rent collection, delinquency management, policy compliance, cost control, resident relations, and occasional on-site coverage and travel between properties.

Oversee daily operations of a 242-unit multifamily community: enforce policies, supervise onsite staff and vendors, manage budgets and profitability, control costs, lead leasing/marketing, and resolve resident concerns to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Lead portfolio revenue and expense management for multifamily assets, build scalable analytics and BI processes, oversee budgeting/forecasting, pricing strategy, ancillary revenue, procurement and utilities, support acquisitions due diligence, hire and coach analysts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet financial targets.
