Supports daily operations of a 276-unit residential community, including policy compliance, staff supervision, leasing and maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, budgeting, cost control, profitability, resident concerns, vendor relations, and customer service. May work weekends, travel to other properties or training, and operate a golf cart on the property.
