Provide unbiased, in-person and event-based assistance to Northern Kentucky residents to understand and enroll in Medicaid/health plans. Conduct outreach, enrollments, re-enrollments, appeals support, and community education; complete KHBE certification; coordinate events; travel to consumer locations; meet agency goals and reporting requirements.

Lead and oversee comprehensive education programming across early childhood to adult learning, including Head Start and LGSH. Provide strategic vision, ensure regulatory compliance, manage curriculum and assessment, supervise education staff, drive family and community engagement, use data to monitor outcomes, and manage budgets and grants to improve instructional quality and program effectiveness.

Oversees daily operations of a Head Start center ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and state licensing. Manages enrollment, data entry, recordkeeping, health and safety, parent engagement, supplies/purchasing, staff support and training, ChildPlus documentation, and serves as liaison between families, staff, and management.

Provide strategic leadership for HR, IT/systems, facilities, and safety. Oversee recruitment, benefits, compliance, HRIS, vendor and facilities management, training, risk management, and cross-functional operational improvements. Supervise HR and operations staff and support executive leadership with policy, budgeting, reporting, and organizational planning.
