Serves as the agency’s first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail, maintaining reception areas, coordinating calendars and rooms, and supporting office operations. Provides clerical and administrative assistance to Human Resources and leadership, including preparing onboarding materials, new hire folders, badges, and orientation resources. Maintains supplies, assists with employee recognition activities, and performs data entry, filing, copying, scheduling, and other administrative duties.

Provide unbiased, in-person and group enrollment assistance and outreach to Northern Kentucky residents for Medicaid and Exchange plans. Complete KHBE training/certification, answer enrollment questions, assist appeals and re-enrollment, refer to agents or call center, conduct community events, and accommodate evenings/weekends. Requires travel to consumer locations and adherence to program and grant requirements.

Lead and oversee comprehensive education programming across early childhood to adult learning, including Head Start and LGSH. Provide strategic vision, ensure regulatory compliance, manage curriculum and assessment, supervise education staff, drive family and community engagement, use data to monitor outcomes, and manage budgets and grants to improve instructional quality and program effectiveness.
