Supervises and develops a team of child welfare case managers through coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and performance guidance. Manages unit operations and finances, aligns expenditures with program goals, coordinates with internal departments and external agencies, and promotes trauma-informed, accountable service delivery.

Manages the In-Home Detention Program, including supervising Youth Workers, monitoring client issues and files, reviewing court and incident reports, supporting court intake and crisis intervention, ensuring training and contract compliance, maintaining community partnerships, and reporting program activities to leadership.

Provides child welfare case management for high-risk families referred by DHS. Partners with parents and caregivers to improve safety, parenting capacity, family stability, and permanency outcomes. Responsibilities include completing safety assessments and service plans, meeting visitation requirements, documenting activities, coordinating referrals, coaching families, collaborating with providers and courts, and supporting reunification while meeting DHS and organizational performance standards.

Manages child welfare cases involving high-risk youth and families referred by the Department of Human Services. Partners with families to improve parenting skills, strengthen protective capacities, promote child safety and well-being, and support permanency. Applies trauma-informed and culturally humble practices while coordinating with child and family service systems. Requires case management experience with youth, knowledge of child welfare services, computer proficiency, a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Supervise nursing services at a behavioral health and detox recovery center. Responsibilities include supporting nursing staff and behavioral health assistants, managing admissions and discharges, monitoring COWS and CIWA detox protocols, auditing charts and medications, maintaining DEA and SAMHSA compliance, coordinating treatment teams, training and scheduling staff, revising policies, attending leadership meetings, and covering nursing shifts when necessary.

Supervises and supports a team of case managers serving children, youth, and families. Provides coaching, mentoring, and professional development; ensures compliance with organizational and child welfare regulations; manages unit operations and finances; resolves complex service situations; prepares program reports; and builds collaborative relationships with public agencies, private organizations, community partners, and families.

Facilitates bi-monthly educational classes for kinship caregivers and children ages 0–8 using the Incredible Years, ReadyRosie, and Tools of the Mind models. Develops agendas and training materials during alternate months, supports family-focused learning activities, manages classroom sessions, documents services electronically, and works evening or weekend schedules as needed.

Develops and facilitates media arts programming for justice-involved youth ages 13–18. Provides instruction in podcasting, music production, photography, videography, digital storytelling, graphic design, and multimedia production. Oversees studio and equipment operations, develops curricula, mentors participants, supports workforce development, manages documentation and consent, coordinates community partnerships and events, and maintains a safe, trauma-informed environment across multiple program sites.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies approvals and receipt of goods or services, prepares payments, maintains vendor records, and ensures W-9 and 1099 compliance. Reconciles accounts payable ledgers, assists with accruals, expense reporting, month-end close, audit preparation, and internal controls. Responds to vendor inquiries and supports accurate, timely payment processing in a high-volume environment.

Provides certified peer support to adults with serious mental illness or co-occurring substance use challenges. Supports recovery planning, wellness, advocacy, community integration, housing, employment, education, social connections, crisis self-management, and access to natural and treatment supports. Develops individualized service plans, monitors services, participates in supervision and team meetings, documents visits in the EHR, completes required billable hours, and performs community-based and on-call duties.

Supports high-risk children and families through home, school, and community visits; assesses needs, connects clients with resources, provides transportation, collaborates with youth and family service teams, prepares reports for family court, and participates in supervision and training. The role requires empathy, cultural competency, knowledge of child welfare systems, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Provides targeted case management for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. Coordinates evaluations, treatment and behavioral health services, participant and family outreach, community resource access, advocacy, and communication among providers. Monitors implementation of clinical strategies and supports participants in achieving and maintaining independence.

Provides hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to families involved with child welfare services. Helps parents improve parenting skills, reduce safety risks, maintain stable homes, and promote healthy child development. Supports vulnerable youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally humble practices while collaborating with case management and community service systems.

Provides therapeutic interventions for urban youth with emotional and behavioral challenges across home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing behavior management plans, collaborating with schools, building community partnerships, delivering crisis intervention, and supporting youth and families. The role requires a master’s degree in a mental health-related field and includes supervision opportunities toward clinical licensure.
