Teams at Northeast Treatment Services (NET)

Coordinates family and community engagement initiatives within a child welfare agency. Responsibilities include organizing Parent Cafes, workshops, support groups, and community events; building partnerships with schools, service providers, faith organizations, and local leaders; training parent facilitators and leaders; conducting outreach through social media and digital platforms; supporting advisory boards; documenting activities; preparing reports; and collaborating with case management and community engagement teams.

Oversees daily CUA case-management operations, including supervising program supervisors and staff, maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring timely case assignments and completion of documentation, coordinating required training, and reporting to CUA leadership and DHS. The role supports child welfare practice focused on safety, permanency, and well-being.

Supervises and develops a team of child welfare case managers through coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and performance guidance. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations while supporting quality services for children, youth, and families. Manages unit operations and finances, aligns expenditures with program goals, coordinates with internal departments and external agencies, and promotes trauma-informed, accountable service delivery.
