The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and creative teams; maintains consistent messaging; manages budgets and timelines; and analyzes campaign performance to optimize demand, engagement, and revenue. The manager will also establish campaign frameworks, measurement strategies, and a roadmap aligned with Norm Ai’s business priorities and target enterprise clients.

Develop and execute editorial and content marketing strategy for AI and legal technology audiences. Create thought leadership, reports, articles, executive bylines, case studies, presentations, website copy, campaign assets, and sales materials. Partner with executives and subject-matter experts to translate complex topics into persuasive narratives, manage the editorial process and calendar, distribute content across channels, and measure performance. Build repeatable content programs that strengthen Norm’s market position and support business priorities.

Associate will advise on technology and IP transactions, including standalone deals and IP/technology workstreams in M&A and private equity matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting AI-assisted due diligence, preparing diligence memoranda, coordinating deal execution, advising clients on AI workflows, and collaborating with technology teams to improve legal-service delivery.

Own Norm Ai’s brand events strategy and execution, including flagship programs, executive forums, policy gatherings, partnerships, speakers, audiences, production, budgets, vendors, and on-site delivery. Build an events roadmap, identify strategic market opportunities, advise leadership, prepare executives for public appearances, and measure programs by audience quality, influence, relationships, and brand impact.

Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements using AI agents. Advise clients on NDA playbooks and market standards, tailor workflows to client requirements, coordinate with counterparties, and collaborate with technology teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and execution processes.

Owns complex technical accounting, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and U.S. GAAP research. Leads monthly and annual close processes, manages outsourced bookkeeping, and develops accounting policies, controls, and scalable procedures. Partners with auditors, tax advisors, Finance, and leadership on domestic and international matters. Maintains audit readiness, communicates accounting conclusions, and uses AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows and productivity.

Own and evolve visual identities for Norm Ai and Norm Law across brand, campaigns, collateral, events, social, internal communications, and digital experiences. Build brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries; design and maintain responsive web pages through a modern CMS; partner with developers; and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through delivery. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end ownership, and practical AI fluency.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Legal Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, source and engage candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Build scalable recruiting processes for a high-growth startup, improve candidate experience, monitor talent-market trends, represent the employer brand, and report recruiting pipeline metrics.

Provide transactional fund formation and investor-documentation support using AI agents to draft, compare, and negotiate LP agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and compliance materials. Coordinate with compliance and tech teams to ensure SEC, CFTC, and ERISA alignment, capture institutional knowledge, benchmark investor terms, and lead AI-augmented workflows to improve speed and quality across fund matters.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to four Partners: manage complex calendars, communications, meetings, travel, and office operations. Draft communications, coordinate events, capture meeting minutes, and improve processes while handling confidential information and using AI tools.

Provide private equity transaction support using AI-augmented workflows: draft and review documents, perform diligence, manage deal execution, advise clients, and collaborate with technology teams to streamline processes.

Provide AI-augmented review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of NDAs for institutional clients. Advise on NDA playbooks and market standards, collaborate with partners, clients, and tech teams to streamline workflows using AI agents.

Build and maintain full-stack features for an AI-driven legal product. Work across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI, Postgres), collaborate with design, platform, and AI teams, and implement document and integration pipelines for enterprise workflows.

Provide transactional legal work for emerging companies and venture capital deals using AI agents to streamline drafting, diligence, and execution. Draft and review offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings; conduct rapid AI-assisted due diligence and memo drafting; manage deal execution workflows and closings; advise clients on AI-assisted workflows; collaborate with technology teams to improve deal processes.

Support a funds tax practice across entity structuring, fund formation, manager advisory, and portfolio transactions. Use AI agents for drafting, document review, due diligence, tax analysis (UBTI/ECI), and client advisory. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows and improve efficiency in document management and closings.
