Teams at Norm Ai

Support up to four Partners through complex calendar management, communication triage, meeting and event coordination, executive travel arrangements, and office administration. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion with confidential information, strong communication, and process improvement skills. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate vendors, prepare meeting materials and minutes, manage changing priorities, and use AI tools to improve daily workflows.

Own production-grade analytics data products, including reusable dbt models, dimensional models, metrics, access controls, tests, documentation, and Lightdash guidance. Partner with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and data teams to define requirements, reconcile conflicting source data, validate results, and publish trusted metrics. Diagnose data quality issues, collaborate with data engineering, review modeling changes, and establish shared standards. Regularly use and evaluate AI coding agents in analytics workflows.

Designs, executes, and scales integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, paid programming, nurture, executive engagement, and ABM channels. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and creative teams; maintains consistent messaging; manages budgets and timelines; and analyzes campaign performance to optimize demand, engagement, and revenue. The manager will also establish campaign frameworks, measurement strategies, and a roadmap aligned with Norm Ai’s business priorities and target enterprise clients.
