Own day-to-day execution of supply planning: place and monitor POs, manage replenishment and release schedules, perform weekly sell-through analysis, protect DTC inventory while fulfilling wholesale and retail, allocate stock across channels, and support ad-hoc inventory and fulfillment reporting.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital campaigns, optimize performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring effective media strategies and data analysis.

The Regional Director will lead commercial expansion and manage retail operations for Nordic Knots' Los Angeles flagship store. Responsibilities include P&L management, driving trade sales, relationship building with designers and clients, and strategic regional growth.

Manage end-to-end production for small shoots and support larger campaigns: pre-production planning, on-set coordination, logistics (product, props, travel), talent and supplier booking, expense and admin reconciliation, and post-production handoff and asset delivery.

Represent Nordic Knots at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, driving sales and exceptional client experiences for rugs and home textiles. Maintain showroom presentation, manage sample inventory and logistics, handle client follow-ups and quotations, use store systems, meet sales targets and KPIs, and liaise with Harvey Nichols staff to ensure smooth concession operations.

Lead and grow the design function for rugs, textiles and select home categories. Own the end-to-end design process from research and concept to production-ready handover, ensure technical quality (CAD, specs, renderings), align design with commercial and production constraints, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive collections that support brand and business goals.

Represent Nordic Knots at Le Bon Marché, drive luxury rug and home-textile sales, deliver elevated client service, maintain showroom presentation, manage samples and client administration, collaborate with store management, and meet sales KPIs.
