Own product master data, PLM system administration, product information workflows, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate SKU and product attributes, coordinate data and deadlines across production, logistics, e-commerce, marketing, customer service, sales, and external partners, and distribute product information across systems. Improve templates, processes, documentation, and workflows while supporting colleagues and ensuring products launch completely and on time.

Owns revenue growth and account acquisition for Nordic Knots’ East Coast PRO and commercial business. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing and expanding trade accounts, managing sales pipelines, strengthening brand presence in the design community, supporting designer events and retail integration, analyzing performance in HubSpot and CRM tools, and collaborating cross-functionally on regional go-to-market initiatives and client experience.

Own the business intelligence layer, including reporting logic, data warehouse development, data modeling, data quality, and metric definitions. Lead complex commercial analyses across pricing, demand, assortment, channels, and profitability. Drive AI and automation initiatives, improve data accessibility through documentation and self-service, and partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, actionable insights.

Manage the Stockholm headquarters’ daily office operations and workplace experience while providing trusted support to the founders. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, meeting logistics, purchasing, invoices, expenses, budgets, supplier and landlord relationships, internal events, onboarding, workplace safety, and scalable global office processes across international locations.

Owns day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits data, HR systems, reporting, recruitment support, employee relations, compliance, and international employment administration. The role supports Swedish employment law compliance, EOR partnerships, process improvements, and scalable HR practices while working closely with People leadership, Finance, employees, managers, and external providers.

Leads Nordic Knots’ visual identity and design system across packaging, retail, print, editorial, e-commerce, and digital channels. Sets design standards, translates brand strategy into visual expression, develops scalable templates and production systems, and determines internal versus external design capabilities. Manages designers, agencies, and specialist partners while ensuring premium-quality execution and consistency across customer touchpoints. The role also explores AI-supported workflows and reports to the Chief Brand Officer.

Own global growth, commercial performance, and end-to-end execution for Nordic Knots’ custom category. Lead sales, design support, and operations teams; set targets, manage pipelines, optimize margins, improve client journeys, and coordinate production, logistics, marketing, finance, and technology. Drive scalable bespoke offerings, operational efficiency, and high-touch customer experiences across Trade and direct channels.

Provides interior design advice and customer support through email, chat, and phone. Manages orders, returns, refunds, inventory updates, email lists, and customer communications using Zendesk. Supports e-commerce operations, satisfaction follow-ups, process improvements, and related projects while working weekends.

Lead the company’s global legal function, advising executives on commercial, corporate, retail, supply chain, international expansion, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and brand protection matters. Draft and negotiate major agreements, including leases, distribution, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and marketing contracts. Build scalable legal processes, manage external counsel, and support US and international growth with practical, business-focused advice.

Senior operations leader responsible for building and executing a global production, supply chain, and systems strategy. Drive manufacturing setups, ERP and systems upgrades, KPI frameworks, process automation, cross-functional execution with Finance/Commercial/Product/Tech, and develop a high-performing operations team to support rapid multi-category scale.

Lead and grow the design function for rugs, textiles and select home categories. Own the end-to-end design process from research and concept to production-ready handover, ensure technical quality (CAD, specs, renderings), align design with commercial and production constraints, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive collections that support brand and business goals.
