Leads cross-functional curtains growth projects, special initiatives, and service pilots such as in-home measuring and installation. Builds operational plans, manages external partners, tracks KPIs, and recommends whether pilots should scale. Develops dashboards and reliable reporting covering sales, margin, conversion, returns, inventory, and service performance. Partners with Customer Experience, E-commerce, Marketing, and Logistics while preparing business reviews and leadership planning materials.

Drive direct-to-consumer sales through personalized clienteling, virtual consultations, and expert rug and textile recommendations. Manage high-value client relationships, identify repeat-sales opportunities, anticipate delivery or production issues, and provide proactive resolutions. Support ecommerce customer experience during volume spikes while managing multiple design projects and communication channels. Escalate operational risks and commercial anomalies to improve systems and maintain service-level standards.

Own the visual direction of Nordic Knots across e-commerce, digital campaigns, print, product photography, video, and editorial content. Responsibilities include art directing shoots, creating landing pages and advertising assets, developing visual language for textiles, producing catalogs and lookbooks, editing video, and collaborating with brand, e-commerce, growth, and content teams.
