Own the business intelligence layer, including reporting logic, data warehouse development, data modeling, data quality, and metric definitions. Lead complex commercial analyses across pricing, demand, assortment, channels, and profitability. Drive AI and automation initiatives, improve data accessibility through documentation and self-service, and partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, actionable insights.

Manage the Stockholm headquarters’ daily office operations and workplace experience while providing trusted support to the founders. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, meeting logistics, purchasing, invoices, expenses, budgets, supplier and landlord relationships, internal events, onboarding, workplace safety, and scalable global office processes across international locations.

Own the global learning and development strategy for customer-facing teams across CX, sales, virtual consultation, and stores. Build curricula, onboarding programs, product-training materials, and competency matrices; facilitate workshops internationally; support product launches; identify skill gaps; and strengthen internal brand storytelling. The role requires autonomous execution, adult-learning expertise, instructional design, workshop facilitation, and experience in luxury fashion, interior design, or premium lifestyle brands.
