Own illustration projects from research and concept development through final production. Translate complex health and behavioral concepts into culturally sensitive visual stories across print, digital, animation, and multimedia. Own the end-to-end Mobile Care Companion product: define roadmap, growth and operating model, embed AI-first features, lead cross-functional teams, drive deployment with health system partners, and measure outcomes through rigorous experimentation.

The Associate Manager will lead the research strategy and oversee research implementation, ensuring quality and compliance. This role includes publication development, stakeholder engagement, and team management to enhance organization's research capacity.
