Manage end-to-end Care Companion Program operations across partner hospitals in Dhaka Division. Coordinate government and hospital stakeholders, monitor quantitative and qualitative program performance, conduct class quality audits, support trainer-of-trainer activities, coordinate booster training logistics, and gather feedback for program and content improvements. The role is highly field-based, requiring extensive travel and communication in Bangla and English.

Creates medically accurate, behaviorally informed digital content for IVR and WhatsApp-based health programs in Bangladesh. Designs content flows and user journeys for low-literacy audiences, adapts guidance across maternal, newborn, NCD, medicine, and surgery programs, and ensures alignment with national health protocols and in-person training. Collaborates with product, UX, visual design, medical, and program teams to improve engagement, comprehension, completion, and sustained caregiver behavior change.
