Manage end-to-end Care Companion Program operations across partner hospitals in Dhaka Division. Coordinate government and hospital stakeholders, monitor quantitative and qualitative program performance, conduct class quality audits, support trainer-of-trainer activities, coordinate booster training logistics, and gather feedback for program and content improvements. The role is highly field-based, requiring extensive travel and communication in Bangla and English.

Lead Noora Health’s Africa-focused funder pipeline, overseeing proposals, pitches, reports, donor communications, and site visit logistics. Ensure deliverable quality, accuracy, deadlines, and alignment with funder expectations while translating programmatic and financial data into compelling narratives. Manage and mentor a cross-cultural team, collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams, support prospecting and external funder engagement, and contribute to global development strategy. International travel may be required.

Oversee monitoring systems across Bangladesh, improve data collection and quality, manage monitoring teams, support field implementation, maintain research databases, and guide dashboard development using SurveyCTO, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Analyze program performance, generate insights, prepare reports and presentations, troubleshoot technical and field challenges, and collaborate with implementation, research, technology, design, and communications teams to strengthen program effectiveness.

Manage end-to-end people operations, including onboarding, employee records, lifecycle processes, policies, compliance calendars, benefits coordination, dashboards, and vendors. Lead internal communications, engagement programs, retreats, all-team meetings, employer brand content, onboarding materials, and culture initiatives across multiple countries. Partner with People, Operations, Facilities, Design, and Talent Acquisition teams while adapting programs for diverse regional contexts.

Supports end-to-end implementation of healthcare program launches across messaging, IVR, and operational platforms. Responsibilities include configuring campaigns and journey logic, building IVR and onboarding flows, monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting migrations, and maintaining product documentation. The role coordinates medical, film, translation, engineering, research, and delivery teams to ensure launches are tested, reliable, and delivered on schedule.

Creates medically accurate, behaviorally informed digital content for IVR and WhatsApp-based health programs in Bangladesh. Designs content flows and user journeys for low-literacy audiences, adapts guidance across maternal, newborn, NCD, medicine, and surgery programs, and ensures alignment with national health protocols and in-person training. Collaborates with product, UX, visual design, medical, and program teams to improve engagement, comprehension, completion, and sustained caregiver behavior change.
