Own illustration projects from research and concept development through final production. Translate complex health and behavioral concepts into culturally sensitive visual stories across print, digital, animation, and multimedia. Develop characters, environments, storyboards, illustration systems, and reusable assets; collaborate with multidisciplinary medical, research, design, and content teams; incorporate feedback; provide creative direction; conduct field research and user testing; and explore responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Design end-to-end mobile care companion experiences across WhatsApp, IVRS, and teletraining for low-literacy, low-resource Bangladeshi users. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and triage journeys aligned with in-person programs and national health guidelines. Conduct usability testing, iterate with product and content teams, and leverage AI tools to prototype and analyze user data.

Lead the engineering team in developing software solutions, manage a pod of engineers, oversee backend development, and ensure high-quality delivery.
