Build shared roadmaps, understand partner sales processes, and drive initiatives that create measurable value for both organizations. Fluency in German and English is required.

Build and lead Nomos’s finance function, managing liquidity across electricity trading, household payments, and company operations. Establish spending approvals, financial controls, accounting, payroll, month-end close, and investor reporting. The role will design scalable processes, determine what to automate or outsource, support funding decisions, and evaluate financial products for the energy business. Fluency in German and English is required.

Build forecasting models for household electricity consumption and generation, design power procurement strategies, price rare electricity price-spike risks, and optimize battery and heat-pump assets against market prices, forecasts, and physical constraints. The role requires taking quantitative research into production, validating backtests for real-world executability, and defending modeling assumptions.

Build and operate AI systems, agents, and integrations that automate operational workflows for an energy company. Responsibilities include understanding customer and internal processes, identifying AI opportunities, designing and developing production systems, testing agent behavior, deploying and monitoring solutions, handling exceptions, and maintaining software at scale.

Build and lead Nomos’s legal function for a regulated energy business. Responsibilities include negotiating partner, grid operator, and service provider contracts; owning regulatory compliance and consumer protection; supporting financing, employment, and technology matters; and establishing in-house legal processes, standards, and external counsel relationships.

Work alongside engineers and operators on high-impact projects spanning energy, automation, data infrastructure, and AI. Interns will help discover, scope, build, test, and deploy solutions while partnering with mentors and cross-functional technical and commercial teams. The role offers end-to-end ownership, hands-on startup experience, and opportunities to shape engineering culture and product development.
