Identify and recruit strategic energy partners, lead complex B2B negotiations, and build a qualified partnership pipeline. Develop a repeatable go-to-market playbook, provide exceptional partner service, and collaborate with product, engineering, and partner success teams to shape offerings and expansion strategy.

Lead Nomos’s energy partnerships by coordinating product integrations and launches, aligning partner product and engineering teams, growing adoption and revenue, improving customer journeys, and identifying opportunities from regulations, technologies, and emerging companies. Build shared roadmaps, understand partner sales processes, and drive initiatives that create measurable value for both organizations. Fluency in German and English is required.

Build and lead Nomos’s finance function, managing liquidity across electricity trading, household payments, and company operations. Establish spending approvals, financial controls, accounting, payroll, month-end close, and investor reporting. The role will design scalable processes, determine what to automate or outsource, support funding decisions, and evaluate financial products for the energy business. Fluency in German and English is required.
