Evaluate structural loads, materials, welding, coatings, corrosion prevention, manufacturability, and transport interfaces. Troubleshoot production and field issues, lead root-cause analysis, collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and project teams, and mentor junior engineers.

The Safety Coordinator manages the facility safety program, conducts inspections, audits, investigations, training, and hazard assessments, and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. Responsibilities include chairing the safety committee, maintaining SDS and emergency response documentation, coordinating injury response, evaluating workplace conditions, managing vendors for safety supplies, and recommending corrective actions. The role requires daily production-floor presence, occasional outdoor work, physical activity, and appropriate PPE use.

The Staff Accountant records daily cash activity, prepares bank reconciliations and reports, and supports credit card, payroll, accounts payable, journal entry, and period-end close processes. The role maintains accounting documentation, analyzes discrepancies, supports audits and internal controls, validates ERP data, and assists with process improvements. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are required.

Design, develop, and support mechanical systems from concept to production. Leads systems engineering and technical solution development across sales, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and customer teams. Reviews requirements, architectures, compliance, risks, estimates, proposals, contracts, and project handoffs. Develops technical narratives, diagrams, calculations, and compliance matrices while coordinating multidisciplinary reviews. Acts as a subject matter expert on integrated mechanical, electrical, networking, communications, HVAC, power, and vehicle systems. Supports customer engagements, mentors technical staff, and improves estimating, reporting, and engineering processes.

Design, develop, integrate, test, and support embedded hardware and firmware for Nomad platforms. Work with microcontrollers, communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet), Docker/Linux environments, JSON configs, PLCs and firmware flashing. Troubleshoot system interactions, participate in design reviews, support manufacturing, produce technical documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and producibility.

Lead end-to-end capture and business development for federal civilian opportunities: identify and qualify pursuits, shape solutions, manage capture strategy, drive customer relationships, coordinate proposal activities, support pricing and teaming, and ensure smooth transition to execution to maximize win probability and revenue growth.
