Design, develop, integrate, test, and support embedded hardware and firmware for Nomad platforms. Work with microcontrollers, communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet), Docker/Linux environments, JSON configs, PLCs and firmware flashing. Troubleshoot system interactions, participate in design reviews, support manufacturing, produce technical documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and producibility.

Responsible for the design, development, and support of embedded systems, including hardware, firmware, and integration in various Nomad products. Engages in complex systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and performance while providing cross-functional support and documentation.

Lead and scale an enterprise PMO delivering mission‑critical programs across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Define PMO strategy, governance, portfolio selection, standards, metrics, and reporting. Oversee planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, resource forecasting, and continuous improvement while partnering with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Design, develop, and support mechanical systems from concept to production, produce CAD/FEA models and production-ready drawings, support manufacturing and testing, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate cross-functionally. Ensure compliance with standards, document analyses, and occasionally travel as needed.

The Proposal Manager leads the proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and quality in submissions while coordinating with various teams and managing schedules.
