Design, develop, and support mechanical systems from concept to production. Create CAD models and production-ready drawings, perform FEA and testing, support manufacturing troubleshooting, collaborate cross-functionally, document BOMs, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. Travel occasionally and follow continuous improvement practices.

Senior full‑stack developer responsible for designing system architecture, building frontend and backend web applications, leading and mentoring junior engineers, managing code reviews, ensuring security/authentication, integrating databases and network systems, troubleshooting cross‑platform issues, and supporting deployments and users. Must coordinate sprints, deliver high‑quality code, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Leads mechanical design for complete systems and major subsystems, performs system-level trade studies, troubleshoots complex issues, and leads root cause analysis. Optimizes designs for manufacturability, serviceability, cost, safety, and reliability; reviews other engineers’ work; mentors junior engineers; supports testing, production, customers, suppliers, and regulatory interactions. Produces CAD models, drawings, analyses, BOMs, and production documentation while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project management.
