Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on terms, revenue recognition, pricing, and multi-entity transactions. Reports on deal performance and improves quote-to-close and invoicing processes.

Own strategic post-sales relationships for enterprise customers adopting an AI security and governance platform. Lead deployment roadmaps, success plans, executive reviews, technical scoping, issue investigation, adoption, and platform expansion. Advise CISOs and AI governance stakeholders on security priorities and implementation plans while coordinating Engineering, Product, Research, Security, Support, and Sales. Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes and phased execution plans.

Build and lead enablement across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and customer teams. Create playbooks, pilot guides, deployment runbooks, training content, onboarding, and ramp programs. Partner with Product and Marketing to translate product roadmaps into practical materials, coordinate cross-functional feedback, and establish a scalable enablement operating model. The role requires hands-on customer-facing experience, strong technical and product fluency, and the ability to build programs from scratch in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

Provide day-to-day employee IT support, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer identity, endpoint, and SaaS systems, and maintain office infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, networking, conference room, and workstation issues. Improve IT operations through process optimization, scripting, automation, and AI. The role requires strong macOS and Google Workspace expertise, experience with identity providers and MDM platforms, networking fundamentals, independent problem-solving, and clear communication.

Design and lead secure AI security solutions for enterprise customers across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Conduct technical discovery, architect integrations spanning AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments, and support presales validations and implementations. Serve as a technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders while partnering with Sales, Product, and R&D to guide deployments, resolve escalations, and influence product strategy.

Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, advising on AI security and governance programs. Lead discovery, define measurable outcomes, drive platform adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and operationalization teams. Translate CISO-level strategy, GRC requirements, business objectives, and technical needs into practical solutions for securing AI applications, LLMs, RAG systems, agents, and development pipelines.

Sell Noma’s AI security platform to CISOs and AI security leaders, build channel and cloud partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and leadership. Build and scale strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators by recruiting partners, developing joint business plans, driving co-sell initiatives, enabling partner teams, aligning executives, and generating partner-sourced revenue. The role owns GSI relationships, creates partnership frameworks, tracks pipeline and revenue attribution, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to expand enterprise reach.

Own strategic post-sales relationships for enterprise customers adopting AI security and governance. Advise stakeholders from security practitioners to CISOs on AI environments, risks, governance, and use cases. Define measurable outcomes, drive platform adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and customer operationalization teams. Translate complex AI security capabilities into practical strategies and communicate customer insights internally.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for post-sales customer deployments of an AI security and governance platform. Translate use cases into configurations, integrations, automations, workflows, and production-readiness plans. Diagnose complex technical issues, guide API and scripting integrations, lead customer workshops, create reusable runbooks, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering. The role partners across Customer Solutions, Product, Research, Security, and Support to drive scalable technical adoption.

Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform in customer production environments. Translate use cases into configurations, integrations, automation, workflows, and readiness plans; troubleshoot complex technical issues; lead customer workshops; develop reusable implementation patterns and runbooks; and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering. Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and relay technical customer insights.

The Head of Product Marketing will own Noma’s positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and product launches for its AI security platform. They will build and lead the product marketing team, define buyer segments and personas, enable Sales, collaborate with Product on roadmap insights, and align Demand Gen messaging. The role requires proven cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI product marketing experience, startup growth experience, team management, and a repeatable launch framework.

Lead hands-on technical post-sales engagements, helping customers deploy, integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform. Translate use cases into production-ready workflows, automation, integrations, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns. Conduct technical deep dives, resolve complex issues, coordinate escalations, enable customers, and collaborate with Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams.

Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, advising them on AI security and governance. Lead discovery, define measurable outcomes, drive adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and operationalization teams. Translate CISO-level strategy, GRC concerns, business objectives, and technical requirements into practical solution strategies while identifying new AI security use cases and growth opportunities.

Owns Noma’s strategic alliances with AI platforms and security ISVs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk. Responsibilities include developing the partnerships strategy, building the alliances team, driving co-sell and co-build initiatives, coordinating with cloud alliances, leading technical integrations with engineering teams, and converting partner relationships into revenue. The role requires building a partnerships practice from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.

Design, deploy, and operate AWS-based infrastructure using Kubernetes and Helm; automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines; manage edge security (WAFs, gateways, load balancers); improve reliability through monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and automated recovery; build tooling and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse infrastructure and pipelines. Enable analytics and product teams via data modeling, BI dashboards, data governance, and quality monitoring.
