Teams at Noma Security

Build and own production LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, integrations, MCP servers, and backend infrastructure for internal company workflows. Responsibilities include secure credential management, deployment, monitoring, reliability, evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and continuous improvement. Partner with teams to translate ambiguous business needs into practical AI solutions, drive adoption, and measure business impact.

Design, deploy, and operate AWS-based infrastructure using Kubernetes and Helm; automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines; manage edge security (WAFs, gateways, load balancers); improve reliability through monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and automated recovery; build tooling and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.

Serve as primary technical contact for customers, provide hands-on guidance for integration and deployment, write scripts for diagnostics/automation, troubleshoot issues, lead technical deep-dives, collaborate with product and engineering, and build long-term customer relationships to maximize platform value.
