Teams at Noma Security

Design and lead secure AI security solutions for enterprise customers across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Conduct technical discovery, architect integrations spanning AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments, and support presales validations and implementations. Serve as a technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders while partnering with Sales, Product, and R&D to guide deployments, resolve escalations, and influence product strategy.

Own field marketing and regional campaign execution across EMEA and APAC. Drive pipeline through regional events, localized global campaigns, account-based marketing, sales partnership, vendor and budget management, and performance reporting. The role requires coordinating multiple events and campaigns, adapting messaging for local markets, and traveling 10–20% across international regions.

Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, advising on AI security and governance programs. Lead discovery, define measurable outcomes, drive platform adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and operationalization teams. Translate CISO-level strategy, GRC requirements, business objectives, and technical needs into practical solutions for securing AI applications, LLMs, RAG systems, agents, and development pipelines.
