Coordinates electrical engineering projects across offshore drilling rigs, from planning and technical clarification through execution, commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out. Reviews technical documentation, supports procurement and vendors, manages risks and schedules, coordinates stakeholders, troubleshoots electrical and automation systems, and supports modifications, upgrades, reactivation, recertification, and operational readiness activities. The role requires offshore or marine project experience, strong safety and compliance awareness, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Leads offshore drilling rig operations, safety, environmental compliance, production, maintenance, budgeting, supplies, crew development, emergency response, and client relations. Oversees vessel positioning, ballast and loading, drilling equipment utilization, preventive maintenance, regulatory records, waste management, and operational coordination across rig departments. Acts as Person in Charge when assigned, directing personnel and ensuring safe, efficient compliance with company, client, maritime, and environmental requirements.
