Manage fleet training compliance, maintain training data quality and reporting, support audits, monitor Training Management Service performance, and develop/implement training processes and policies.

Lead analytics and BI efforts to drive operational performance: build and maintain dashboards and ETL pipelines, analyze KPIs and drilling performance, support performance-improvement initiatives, collaborate with data scientists and BI/devops, and manage daily operational reporting and optimization tools.

Serve as engine room watchstander performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and propulsion equipment. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company maintenance systems (Noble Maintenance System, PMS), maintain logs and drawings, manage inventory and spare parts, supervise unlicensed engineering personnel, and uphold safety and environmental procedures.
