Coordinate and maintain staffing for offshore rigs, manage shift plans and HR systems, serve as primary contact for offshore personnel, arrange crew changes and emergency coverage, support training scheduling, ensure compliance with safety, payroll, and labor rules, and prepare absence and personnel cost reports.

Support development and governance of accounting policies and internal control framework. Draft and maintain policy documentation, support SOX compliance, monitor control execution, create tools and guidance for control owners, assist with technical accounting memos and audit coordination, and support external reporting as needed.
