Lead sourcing, diligence, negotiation and structuring of early-stage European healthtech investments. Incorporate and launch new ventures, build institutional partnerships, support portfolio company strategy and exits, and assist fundraising. Work closely with venture CEOs, corporates, investors and buyers to turn clinical and technological innovation into commercial outcomes.

Support venture finance activities including deal execution, M&A support, due diligence, financial and market analysis, investment proposal development, presentations, and portfolio research while working with investment professionals and portfolio CEOs.

Lead commercial strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market execution for an IVD diagnostics start-up. Secure next funding round, align shareholders, engage clinicians and partners, refine pricing and positioning, build a small execution-focused team, and prepare for first European commercialization with future US expansion.

Lead the development and validation of an electromechanical endoscopy-assist device, focusing on design, regulatory strategy, and team building.
