Responsibilities include supplier collections, shipment preparation, carrier tracking, customs coordination, inventory receipt, discrepancy checks, returns processing, invoice forwarding, and customer support assistance. The role also involves office administration and improving local fulfilment workflows while coordinating with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams.

Collects diamonds and gemstones from local suppliers and safely transports them between two Thailand offices. Coordinates collection schedules, maintains chain-of-custody documentation, assists with shipment preparation, dispatch, receiving, and returns, and follows up with carriers on delays. The role also supports customer shipping queries, urgent delivery requests, and general administrative tasks.

Lead supplier acquisition, onboarding, account management, and revenue growth for a B2B diamond marketplace. Build consultative relationships with suppliers, optimize product assortment, pricing, inventory, quality, and performance, and use CRM and platform data to identify opportunities. Coordinate with product, operations, category management, marketing, and support teams while providing supplier training and resolving issues. The role requires regular local supplier engagement in Manhattan through in-person and virtual meetings.

Build and support Nivoda’s go-to-market infrastructure through integrations, event flows, automations, and services. Translate stakeholder needs into reliable technical solutions across Salesforce, GTM tools, Snowflake, and enrichment systems. Apply APIs, webhooks, queues, workflows, testing, monitoring, version control, and safe deployment practices while handling failures, retries, duplicates, and recovery documentation.

Lead Nivoda’s global marketing function and build a predictable growth engine for its two-sided B2B marketplace. Responsibilities include developing growth strategy, hiring and managing the marketing team, owning demand generation, pipeline, attribution, experimentation, product marketing, brand, lifecycle marketing, localization, budget allocation, and board-level reporting. The role partners closely with Sales, Revenue, Product, and executive leadership to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and marketplace growth across international markets.

Lead supplier acquisition and growth for the gemstone category from the Bangkok office. Manage day-to-day operations, logistics, and compliance; optimize supplier listings and inventory; use data to drive performance and revenue; recruit, train, and lead the local operations team; and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold quality and operational excellence.

Lead and coach a North America SDR team to generate pipeline: recruit and ramp SDRs, build outbound playbooks, do live call coaching, manage Salesforce hygiene/reporting, partner with AEs and marketing, and scale the sales development function.

Own Nivoda’s social media strategy, content calendar, campaigns, newsletter, and community presence. Develop compelling stories and short-form copy, repurpose major content into social-first assets, coordinate designers and video partners, and connect campaigns across social, email, events, and other channels. Track performance, use data to optimize content, and build efficient processes within a fast-moving remote marketing team.

Own Nivoda’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, website narratives, pricing and packaging communication, and customer research. Partner closely with product, growth, sales, demand generation, and content teams to create consistent messaging that drives adoption among independent jewellers.
