Operate and maintain photography equipment (Gem Lightbox), follow SOPs, keep accurate records, ensure efficient machine operations and assist with extended-hour workflows.

Manage and track inbound international shipments to India and ROW, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global offices, handle import documentation and customs clearance, resolve delays, monitor return shipments, and identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
