Convert booked demos into active, transacting customers by delivering discovery-led marketplace demos, negotiating and closing contracts, completing KYC and onboarding, and driving first orders and reorders during the first 90 days. Coordinate with SDRs and account managers, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and ensure successful customer activation and handoff.

Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound leads, executes high-volume multichannel sales sequences, books and confirms demos for Account Executives, maintains accurate CRM records, and shares insights on objections, messaging, and converting customer segments. This remote role targets jewellery retailers and requires strong phone and written communication, resilience, process discipline, and 60–80+ meaningful daily touches.

Manage end-to-end fulfilment operations for diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery in Thailand. Responsibilities include supplier collections, shipment preparation, carrier tracking, customs coordination, inventory receipt, discrepancy checks, returns processing, invoice forwarding, and customer support assistance. The role also involves office administration and improving local fulfilment workflows while coordinating with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
