Own UK hub fulfilment and logistics performance across intake, quality control, shipping, and returns. Manage operational KPIs, improve workflows, maintain supplier and carrier relationships, and lead a team of three. The role requires hands-on execution, process optimisation, cross-functional coordination, and coaching in a fast-growing environment.

Processes and validates supplier invoices in NetSuite, reconciles supplier payments and allocations, investigates discrepancies, and supports month-end accounts payable reconciliations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, deadline management, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Finance and Operations teams. This is a one-year contract based in Mumbai with Monday-to-Saturday overnight working hours.

The role involves quality controlling diamonds and gemstones, managing shipments, handling customer queries, and supporting office operations.
